Denim Manufacturer in South Florida

Looking for a denim manufacturer with low minimums. Look no further, my high quality denim factories have the latest in denim and denim washes with low 200 pcs. minimums. Within those minimums, you can do two colors or garment washes, and 4 sizes. Another cool thing is adding your own logo patch or embroidery, or unique stitching (thread color) or stitch type. You can even add vintage washes, tears, or deconstructing of your denim

Check it out, Jessica helped her client Irina of Sopranzetti jeans create this custom line of petit denim. Her clients issue was the current jeans out in the marketplace were all too big for her petit frame, and as a woman, she didn't want to keep wearing girls denim jeans. I worked one on one with my client to make sure she had all the custom features she wanted, like logo printing on the inside of the cuff, embossed leather patches on the back, vintage wash in the denim, as well as quality brushed nickel studs and rivet button closures.

The process worked like this, my client sent me a counter (retail) sample that she loved the fit from, then I created a flat sketch and a technical packet.

Then after my client approved all the details of the design, I sent it to my quality denim factory in Asia. At that point they made the digital pattern, and then cut and sewed the 1st prototype for my client to wear and wash and check for the perfect fit. After we received the first sample, I had a zoom video call with my client, we talked about any modifications to the next sample, they were very minor, like upgrading the hardware, changing the position of the logo on the cuff, and tapering in the leg a little bit. After that I made those changes with the factory requested another sample for approval, and after that sample arrived, my client approved it for production.

At that point, I helped my client figure out the size run-we call it grading in the industry, for her 4 sizes. We also discussed the two denim washes and colors she would do. I then wrote up the bulk production for her with all the details that the factory would need to start production.

At that point, I helped her to design all her logo tags, which you can see in the images below. So my process is really start concept to finish production. Her goods are currently on a shipping container on a ship headed to the US.
